Downtown Development

Does anyone here follow downtown development? We've had 2 major announcements in the past week alone.

The 43 story St. Johns and the 40 story Vu. Both on the southbank and are residential.

There is a VUE being built in Orlando. I know a few people that got in early, and it looks incredible.

What exactly is a VUE? Is there a web site for it? them? Jacksonville's high end condo market is about to hit saturation. I think we need to concentrate on medium and lower cost urban housing that includes lofts, townhomes, and apartments. Low cost does not have to mean bad design.
