Realtors in JAX that quot;get itquot;

Posted by Pete Simons at June 13. 2005

I will be in the market to sell my home towards the end of the summer. Ideally I would like to sell and market the house myself but realize that I may not have the time to do that seeing as how I will be busy fixing up my next house! (hopefully permanent one). Does anyone know of a realtor here in Jacksonville that gets it? One who knows about modern, mid-century and 60's design. I know the house is not for everyone and finding the right buyer may prove problematic or at the very least take a while...

Any leads would be appreciated.

Pete,

Greg Gomes should be able to help you out. He should be at Madrid next Monday. He would reply but I think he is out of town.

Thinking of buying or selling a vintage or new modern home??? My passion is modern architecture with a focus on classic mid-century. I'm a realtor recently relocated from New Mexico to J-ville. I'm currently surveying neighborhoods -- identifying the average and great modern gems and will be getting my brokers license at the end of July.

I'd be happy to share my thoughts and experiences with anyone interested in modern.

See you next week!
