I just got this from a friend who got this from AIA - Jax. Not sure if this really fits into Modern or not, but it sounds like an interesting topic for a show. Feel free to reply back to Mr. Tipton if you fit into the description.

Good afternoon,
The following request for information looks like fun and I am sure some of you have some good ideas. Make sure you respond directly to Jeff at jtipton@highnoonentertainment.com.
My name is Jeff Tipton and I am trying to find some unique properties for HGTV’s show, Rezoned. We are looking for homeowners that had the creativity and vision to convert an existing non-residence into a residence. Previous episodes have featured homes that were once boathouses, firehouses, banks, drug stores, gyms and anything else you can imagine.
Attached please find a description of our show and our criteria. It is very important that the person(s) involved in the original transformation currently live in the home. I was hoping you might be able to point me in the direction of some potential show candidates. Please feel free to forward this email to anyone and everyone.
If you would like to learn more about our show please visit our website at http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/shows_bdc.
Thank you for your help and take care.
