IKEA roller shades

Looking for a larger version of a roller shade from IKEA. They allow light in, provide some privacy, and are inexpensive. I have them on three of my windows and they are perfect. The problem is they only come in sizes up to 48 inches wide and I need two that are 52 inches and one that is 93 inches. Looked everywhere online and the inexpensive ones block all light and are just made of cheap fabric. Of course, the pricey ones are perfect but are $300 for the large window and $150 for the small. Any ideas? I am willing to make my own using the IKEA hardware and a longer rod, just can't find the fabric.
