Does anyone have any links to modern doorbells? any ideas would be appreciated. I live in Canada so mail order would be a plus.

Thanks,

Jason

Check out ElectraChime. They have a brand new line of long chime doorbells--the kind that actually ring on long bells. Modern cases and satin aluminum or brass bells. They look and sound great. Check them out.

Or try: http://www.surrounding.com/Products/SpOre/De-Light_Doorbell.asp

The spore doorbell is REALLY cool.  We bought one, but just couldn't pull it off on our "old on the outside, modern on the inside" 1829 townhouse!

Visit KNOCK Doorbells.  I have a beautifully crafted longbell chime with a molded plywood cover that can work in modern interiors.  Also many restored vintage chimes that would be perfect for a period correct mid-century modern space.
