If you are just looking for a good toilet then I think Toto is the way to go, but you'll pay a bit more.

Toto does not have to cost a lot. A Toto Drake has a nice simple modern design, it costs about 250, and it flushes like a freight train.

It is by no means inexpensive, but in the land of toilets, it's beatuiful.
