Danish Modern Identification Help: Part 6 of 6 - Side Chair

Here's my last post (thanks for indulging me) showing the side chair I purchased in this lot. Again... it's in pristine shape and has a beautiful curved back. There is no label on this chair, only a "FurnitureMakers Danish Control" sticker on the bottom.

I'd love some thoughts on what I might have here from this description and from the photo below.
