In my browsing I came across http://www.atlashomewares.com
I haven't seen a modernist doorbell button anywhere, but these guys seem to have one, as well as some other modernist items (house numbers, cabinet pulls, swithchplate covers, etc.) I thought I'd pass the link along.
There are several cool choices from spOre. I have the red square ones on my house.
