I've built a few pieces of furniture for the kids using plywood and galvanized pipe and flanges. Fairly cheap, looks industrial, and easy to put together.
I'm not making some tables/desks for my own work area and will end up using about 16 or so table legs.
The galvanized is OK, but at $4 per flange (2 per leg) and $6 per pipe, it seems to get more pricey than one would initially assume. ;o)
Just wondering if anyone else had any ideas/resources for rather inexpensive table legs.
