Windows - moderns style but cheap? Any ideas?

I renovated my home before using Window Worlds 1st upgrade level of window I did 2o windows for around 5,000. I'm building a modern home now of 1000 sq ft. Only 8 or so windows. But I want big square windows without the traditional two panes that slide up to open. I can take the hand crank on the side to oepn the window. I assume I need a flush modern finish on the outside.

Any company suggestions?  I just got off the previous thread about H-windows and those types energy star rated types are not important to me. I just want the look for cheaper.
