Are the tray house and cube house also available as steel-constructed buildings? I would have guessed that they are but the fact section says Two and a half story wood framed dwelling I've seen the stick built tray house on greg's site. Apart from that house - are either design grounded or in progress anywhere?

Yes, we are offering the Tray House and Cube House as steel houses built with the EcoSteel system. We have not had a customer for these yet but they are readily transferable to the steel building system. The stock plans are documented for conventional wood framing which is why is described as such on my web site. (The text on the EcoSteel site is taken directly from my site which is why the language is still in there - it should be edited.)
