Thank you for your interest in Old Town North. Pictures and floor plans are still in final design stages. We will have them ready to look at as early as July 1st. As far as time lines for breaking ground, we are very close. The project is ready from a streets and gutters standpoint. Water and electricity is in place so we're basically ready to go. The work/live space is still in negotiations and we should have that finalized today (6/15). Would you like to be contacted when floorplans are ready? Thanks again for your interest. It's almost a dream to see people in nothern Colorado interested in something different!

Good Morning,

Just wanted to keep everyone updated on the progress of Old Town North. 32 Urban Townhome lots have been put under contract and are in architectural design stages. These will somewhat be afordable architecturally unique townhomes. Prices should come in around $200K. In 2 weeks we should have floorplans and design options. We need pre-sales so if anyone or knows of anyone who would be interested in more info please let me know. Thanks for your support.
