'54 BH&G Home for All America

While doing some research I came across the 1954 Better Homes Gardens Home for All America. It was a mid-century modern design that was built and shown across the country. the article is downloaded on www.glenbrookvalley.com. The houses in Colorado were built at 1101 Vegas Drive in Colorado Springs, and 2901 South Franklin Street in Englewood. Anybody familiar with the areas and current conditions of these former show houses?

Thanks for the info - I have read about the Home for America program and have always wanted to see the article.
2901 S. Franklin is in Arapahoe Acres and is currently for sale at $459,000. It has had some unfortunate remodeling inside but the bones are still good. Follow this link for more info:
