Mayfair Neighborhood MCM

I recently moved in to the 1200 block of Ivy Street in Mayfair. This entire block consists of mid-century moderns. Does anyone know anything about the architect(s) whose homes are featured here?

This block is one of my favorite pockets of MCM homes in Denver. There is an unconfirmed rumour that the homes were designed by Denver's first licensed female archtect who was somehow related to General Rose - the namesake of the nearby Rose Hospital. An elderly Denver architect says the homes look more like Eugene Sternberg who did some of the early Arapahoe Acre homes and Dahlia Lane. Regardless, they are characterized by shed style roof lines, split-face Roman brick exterior, vaulted open beam interiors, and concrete floors with radiant heating. Most are three bedroom and 1 bath configuration.

Sometime in the past, the exterior of this property was covered in cultured stone giving it a retro Safeway look or the Flinstones of Bedrock. The current owner is not a modernist and has painted the interior with bright pastels. That said, this is a cute house with great lines waiting to be restored to its MCM glory. Imagine this baby with refinished concrete floors and sexy mahogany walls!
