Hello - New to the site, glad I found it.
I have a small loft with vaulted ceilings and large windows (740sft – 2small bdrms, 1 small bath, open kitchen/living area) in Breckenridge (located above industrial businesses) and need some help on simple but effective remodel solutions to make it more livable and aesthetically appealing.
It is my primary residence but not being a tradesman or architect, I don’t know where to start. Good affordable design/direction/ideas/implementation is what I am looking for but don’t know where to turn. Most builders, designers and architects up here are consumed with large (high dollar) second homes – not small canvas projects like this.
Any direction on where to turn would be much appreciated.
Thanks

I am new to the site as well, so glad to find this e-modernist community.
I work with an architecture firm that has had the opportunity to work on several modern interior remodels similar in scale to your project.
We have another project in Breckenridge right now just about to break ground, so are in the area often.
We would love to talk to you about your project!
You can contact me at erin@rowlandbroughton.com if you would like to chat.
thanks!
