Zeitgeist Modern Furniture Classics is the store at 1132 N Speer. They have some really beautiful pieces, and the old tilework in the store is very cool. They do periodic events and are definitely worth checking out.
The other store a couple blocks down Speer closed or moved a few months back.

[strong]First one has to have a modern home in which to put all of this cool stuff.[/strong]

There are real estate agents who post their listings on this site, but they're working for the Sellers. I, on the other hand, work exclusively for Buyers looking for their mod dream homes - protecting their best interests every step of the way!

Metro area homes are available from $150K on up...

If you're looking for a unique home in the obvious, or not so obvious metro neighborhoods, I have found dozens in Lakewood, Golden and Wheat Ridge.

This is nice. I am relatively new to the Boulder area and was coming on here to start the same exact thread.

I have come across many of the same stores already and will be interested in what other places people might know of.

One place I don't see on here is Swank Space at 3615 W.32nd Ave. in Denver. They have both modern and contemporary furniture and accessories. Plus they are the local carriers of EcoSmart Fire products.

Someone mentioned Rio Grand Company for concrete resources. They also hane some more modern fire units there, as well as things like different types pf stone veneers.

I am an industrial designer and am making my way into doing interiors as well. I am currently designing a kitchen/ family room as well as other pieces for the space. So if anyone is interested, I may be available for a project you have in mind.

In addition to making furniture, other proucts, and living spaces I have recently taken the Cheng concrete counter workshop and may be able to make them cheaper than some of the other local fabricators.

So keep your eye out for Steed Designs in the near future. I don't currently have a website up, but you can contact me at steeddesigns@yahoo.com .

Lokking forward to see if there are some hidden gems in the Denver Boulder area.
