Be sure to check out this show in the Western Art Gallery on the fifth floor of the Denver Central Library (10 West 14th Avenue Parkway, 720-865-1111)
The architectural styles represented run the gamut, but you'll see things like the long lost Albany Hotel by Burnham Hoyt and Eugene Sternberg's Denver General Hospital before the insensitive additions.

While you're there, you can also visit "Michael Graves and the Denver Public Library", which includes the original model that Graves submitted in the design competition for the library. This exhibit is on the first floor, near the Acoma plaza entrance.
AND...speaking of design competitions! The finalists for the Clyfford Still Museum will be presenting their designs to the public Monday, November 6th @ 6:30 in Ballroom 8 of the Convention Center.
