In order to preserve these unique mid-century homes and neighborhoods, I think that letting the cat out of the bag is crucial!

I had no idea Denver had these kind of homes, a new resident (and former Eichler owner) tells me. How many others there must be in the same boat...If only I had known, I would have bought one!

There are many neighborhoods with mid-century homes that are unknown and forgotten. These homes frequently are the victims of insensitive remodelling at best, or complete demolition at worst.

Which would you prefer...a mod enthusiast purchasing and preserving a classic mid-century gem, or a money grubbing investor purchasing and scraping said gem to make way for yet another beige box?

We doom the future and integrity of these homes by keeping them a secret.
