I just thought I would post a link in reply to does anyone recognize this house. I too am searching for the architect of this home. Please let me know if anyone finds the information. I am also excited to see people in our community dedicated to modern design. I am a Realtor in Fort Collins and I have dedicated a large portion of my career to focussing on the limited amout of modern design in Northern Colorado. Infact, I am a month or two away of launching a web site that should be pretty great. I have spent the last 6 months collecting homes in Fort Collins and surrounding areas that have great design both inside and out. I also have a large archive of land and lots that people can build on. Hopefully the website will catch on and people will enjoy it. Again, if anyone finds out the architect for the home mentioned or others in the Sheely subdivision, please let me know.

How far along is your website? I'm a web designer/developer for a media company, and previously for HP. I'd love to help out if I could!

MODrealestate - I haven't found out anything more about this house but intend to do so ASAP (which could be months given my wild and crazy kiddos)... I think it's great that you are focusing in on modern design in NOCO (I thought we needed a nickname like that, so here I go...). There is another property on the market on Sheely (besides 1917 which may stay on the market for a while...). Right now it is by owner but there is a sign in the yard. We're also talking to the owner of one of the houses in the historic district who is planning to sell this summer - if we don't end up buying it, I will send them your way as a realtor... Let us know when you get your site up and running!

Exciting stuff!
Robin

Robin,

Thanks so much for you interest in what I am doing. My passion for this lies deeper than even I know :) I've worked with great architecture and real estate as a team. I've worked with homes from famous architects such as Al Beadle, Blaine Drake, Haver, and even with some homes by Mister Wright himself. My most recent wonderful experience was with a genius by the name of Will Bruder who is doing incredible things in the Phoenix area. Anyway we have some great things here in NOCO (loved the name). I am really trying to focus on that here in town and surrounding areas. My goal is to promote architecture, design, and urban culture for people who love it as much as I do. As a Realtor, I am in a position to help people obtain homes they are passionate about which makes me very happy! Anyway, just wanted to say thanks again for your interest in what I am doing. If you have any questions, I'll leave my number. Have a great weekend!
