For everyone keeping an eye on the Old Town North Subdivision in Fort Collins, here is something to start considering. I would like to introduce Heschel Street 16, an architecturally unique urban townhome product. We have 16 units that we will break ground on November 1st, 2005. We will start taking reservations September 1st which is right around the corner. These units will have 1,100+ SF 1 bedrooms to 1,300 SF 2 bedrooms. While comparing other urban products here in Northern Colorado, we feel Heschel Street 16 will offer some design aspects that all other projects did not. The most exciting aspect of these units is PRICE, they start at the very low $200's.
