Advice for first-time buyer looking for MCM homes?

My girlfriend and I are first-time buyers looking to buy an MCM home.  Any advice?  Any new insight on the Harvey Park neighborhood since the last posting?

No worries on the delay.  We looked at several of the Cliff Mays in that area, but in the end have decided to go with a nice little MCM home near Downtown Littleton.  I would be interested to hear your thoughts on Harvey Park, though, since the bulk of the homes we visited were there.
