Hi new neighbors!
We have just sold our Modernist home in Michigan, and we can now start our move to Colorado.
As avid winter sports fanatics, we have lived in Michigan long enough!
We are looking for a modernist influence home in Genesee or Evergreen, and are open to suggestions from this group.
We are looking for the whole Colorado experience: Mountain Views, open floor plan, big windows, blended with common sense functionality .
We are NOT looking for "raised ranch" , exposed pine beams or dark tiny rooms.
