does anyone know of a reliable contactor for building a modern custom home, willing to use lots of alternate methods and materials? so far i found ones that would go 150$ sf which seem too high. i also will be doing a lot of work myself. i have also tried www.mileshomes.com, that seemed as a reasonable way to go but since i asked them to give me a rough quote they havent answered back.
