Washington Park Modern Home Under Construction

West Standard has begun construction of their Mid Century Modern inspired design in Central Denver's East Washington Park. The 2000sf above grade Huff Residence features strong outdoor connections and ample outdoor living space courtesy of a 400sf central couryard. The home is Energy Star rated at approximately 45% more efficient then the rating system's base home. Other sustainable features include: xeriscaping, extensive use of Colorado beetle kill pine, and a solar photovoltaic system to power the home and feed back to the grid.
