Modern Builder in Philadelphia

Hello everyone. I am new to this site and was guided to it through DWELL magazine. I am a 5th generation builder
in Philadelphia and New York. I live and breathe modernism, and would rather sacrifice some profit in order to achieve aestheticism, and functionality.I personally can not stand conventional construction. I am currently in the proccess of building multiple modern townhome projects. I have 18 townhomes currently slated for construction. One of the units is currently under construction. It will have double floor height glass curtain walls, 35 ft high openings above the stairs with skylight, loft spaces in the double height master bedroom suite, fireplaces, italian j shaped and circular kitchens with laquer and wenge wood finshes glass countertops. Other units will feature 3 story indoor atriums with glass walls, front courtyards. Full height basements. Email me for pics. Eli.
