Possibly seeking Modern Quarters near Trenton

Posted by David Nuss at November 12. 2005

We're modernist fans but currently live in a condo in northern NJ which we have remodeled to our tastes. I've just started working in Trenton, NJ and if finances go right may be looking for a small place to stay near the north, west, or southwest of Trenton (PA ok) as a second home for short stays.

Wondering if anyone has come across any small modernist homes or even smart condo living ie energy efficient, nice design with glass and minimalist style in the area?

Or even web sites/real estate agents who are smart in the subject.

Thanks for any help.

Dave.

Hmm, I don't know anybody myself, but I know a Landscape Architect in Trenton who may be more helpful. Email me and I will connect you up with him.

Hi Dave,

Might you by now be in the market for a late 60's, early 70's home in Lawrenceville area (Trenton zip 08648)?  Has features full house speaker system and pull down record player, hardwood floors through out, cathedral window in DR, vaulted ceilings.  Will send you a link to pics if you are looking.  I see your post is from late 2005.

Karen
