FOR SALE: This is one of only a few copies of MoMA's 1949 House in the Museum Garden exhibit. It is set on 1.79 acres on the Navesink River in Middletown, NJ ( hour south of NYC). It has original slate floors, cypress walls and ceiling, and granite fireplace. Unfortunately, it's being viewed as a tear down. The list price is $2,650,000. I'd welcome ideas of how to find the right buyers who would treasure this modern home from the 40's. Please contact Nancy Enander at 732-942-6181 or nenander@gnrgmac.com
