Plans for a lot in Philadelphia

Posted by Ralph Lopez at April 04. 2005

It's been a while since I have been on this board, I had forgotten how interesting it was. With that said I am looking for some stock plans. I live in Philadelphia and would need a plan that would be able to be placed in between our standard row home. It would have to be 3 stories high an incorporate a garage in the front due to Philadelphia new home parking law. Most of the lots I build on are 14 - 16 feet wide by 45 - 60 feet long. I would love to keep it under $90.00 - 100.00 per square feet. Most off the stock plans I have found are for stand alone houses. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

If I am incoherent in any of my request, I have a cold and the meds I am taking, it's there fault.

Thanks,
Ralph

Ralph - I've never seen any stock designs for urban row homes, in any style, and I have not developed any modern ones yet. I'd love to do something for a context like this, and a Philadelphia row house is a perfect precedent. Why don't we talk about it at the Delaware Valley get together?

Sounds like a plan.

Thanks,
