New Philadelphia Modern Real Estate site

Thanks to Lawrence O'Toole for the heads up:

This is the first I've seen like this. Lots of other big cities have realtors who specialize in modern properties. Philadelphia has not, until now. A great sign.

Just  posting to say that the History section of this site continues to be updated:

It looks to me like the single largest accumulation of images of classic modern homes from around the Delaware Valley. I wish there location maps to each home!

Hey Modern People! It's a cool modern website! I want one! :) Unfortunately due to "We're rebuilding our primary server this week, so you may notice some service interruptions.." I could not comment for long time, but now I am back, and would like to ask your guys advice.. I am a condo owner, and would like to see how I can stage it / sell it in a "modern" way, so it stands out.. I am not a real estate guru (doing IT consulting for living), but I have created a website for it: http://www.buycondo.us Would you have any other cool ideas on what I can do? Thanks a bunch, nemo

John, why don't you start a new topic in the forum where you can promote your condo for sale. Better idea than having it get lost in this topic.
