MCM on St. Francis (East Dallas)

I happened on an Open House at this cute little MCM this afternoon. I know there are Cliff May homes in the area, but don't know if this is one. It needs some work, but has not been Home Depoed.

Wow. That house looks like it could be done up real nice. What blows me away is that it could be had with a pool for only $139k. Too bad realtors are often times clueless when it comes to properly putting images on the web.
