A new Cliff May is on the market. 2651 Andrea I believe and it's for sale by owner. I think it's vacant but not sure. Don't know how it looks on the inside but it seems to be in much better condition than 2632 Andrea. Here's the number for those interested (214)432-2525
It is in much better condition than 2651, but still needs work. It's my understanding that it is a 2br. It does make me sad to see these houses is such poor condition, however there are some new owner who have recently purchased some of these that really appreciate them. It is my hope that 2561 and 2632 will be purchased by the people who also appreciate them. They are so wonderfully designed.

Thanks for joining in. I went back on the MLS and found another Cliff May on 2632 Andrea Lane (see below). Agent99, is it the one you looked at? Also, I noticed another mid-century nearby on Maverick Avenue (see below). Can anyone else give us some more details on the edgy/scary neighbor and prospects for future gentrification?
2418 Maverick Avenue, Dallas, TX 75228; MLS#10576688; SF 1026; 3B/1.5BA; listing price $99,500.

Cute looking flat roof mid-century for $99,500. Description says it is renovated with Ikea cabinets, but it is hard to tell from the photos.
2632 Andrea Lane, Dallas, TX, 75228; MLS#10565862; Cliff May; SF 1510; 3B/2BA; listing price $104,500.

No photos in the MLS listing, but read the description below. Can any Cliff May mavens verify that there are only 24 Cliff Mays in Dallas and these are 2 of the 24? Has anyone cataloged all 24?
Description: Cliff May designed home with 50's flair. This California contemporary is one of only 24 homes in the Dallas area built by world renowned architect Cliff May. Home features lots of windows, hardwoods under carpet, converted gargage used as play room, can be converted back. Home is in need of TLC but is a real gem. Restore it to it's original charm for a truly one of a kind home. Check out Cliff May web site at www.ranchostyle.com.
