Don't Forget The Cliff

My husband and I recently purchaed a MCM in Oak Cliff. The neighborhood is near Westmoreland and Kiest. If you havent driven down Ravinia off of Kiest (completely different area then Ravinia off of Jefferson) you are missing out on some absolutely breath taking MCM's and ranches.



There is a ranch-style for sale currently near us at 2816 Ilahe Drive, Dallas, TX 75233.

We are very impressed with this house.



This area was in our budget for our first home and this area is in serious revitalization.



I highly recommend registering for a free account at prutexas.com and searching the zip of 75233. Prutexas also alerts you when homes meeting your certain criteria comes up for sale. We looked for a year until we found our home and I used this free service.

i'm curious as to how you get to this area. we currently live east of downtown and are familiar w/oak cliff/kessler park/bishop arts. can you give me some direction down to your area? thanks.
