And I wasn't trying to be critical at all. I think building a custom house for $100/sqft is tough whether it is modern or not. I was talking to another Dallas Modernist Architect a couple years ago who said her goal for a house she had designed was $100/sqft and the bids were coming in at $160/sqft.

FWIW: Although I have not been in the one Welch house that has already been constructed in Kessler Woods, I have looked over the plans and seen the house from the outside and it is my favorite of the bunch so far.
