This is in my neighborhood and came on the market in the last few days.  Hoping an MCM enthusiast buys it so it doesn't become a tear-down.  Looks to be in good shape!

Brandon, I've been in this one and the window wall for all the bedrooms opening onto a patio is great.  Lets get the word out, and you can see more like this one on DallasMod.com.  several nice new ones recently came on the market.
