A great deal on a Kessler Woods house

I toured some of the open houses this weekend, including several homes for sale in Kessler Woods. 723 Kesler Woods has been aggresively marked down to $799,000. It is a 3 bed, 2.4 bath with media room and swimming pool. I think it is around 3,300 square feet. This was the first time I had been through the house when it was completed. While there are some things I would rather have been differently (8 foot doors instead of 6'-8", bigger bathrooms, 10 foot ceilings in guest bedroom instead of 8 feet), they did a great job on the finishes of this house. Very nice work.

There is no way a person could build this house for $799,000 ($242 a foot). If you are in the market and looking for a deal on a modern house, this is it.

I can't believe this is still on the market.  Went to see it last summer.
