Anyone know the story on the modern house on the northwest corner of Park and Hillcrest being sold for lot value?  It seems there was quite a bit of work being dome on that house for a while.  When I saw the sign in front, out of curiousity I drove by and picked up a pamphlet hoping to see some pics of the inside.  There was nothing, of course, because it's being sold for the lot.  What a shame.  Personally I wouldn't want to live on that corner, but it looks like it could have been an interesting house...at least more interesting than the over-sized monstrosity that someone will end up building.
