English Heritage Modern?

Posted by Jeffrey Rous at January 03. 2009

Our furnace went out (on the house we are moving into today!) and we had the HVAC contractor in to fix it -- transformer went bad. I am chatting with the guy who came out and he says... "There seem to be more of these modern houses going up all over Dallas. I just worked on a bunch of them for English Heritage Homes south of the Zoo and east of 35." (Ok, more of a paraphrase than a quote).

So I Googled English Heritage Homes and got nothing useful. Anybody heard of this? He said there were three homebuilders in the modern development, so this rules out Kesslar Woods (which is west of 35 and north of the zoo anyway).

I think he is referencing Kessler Woods and has his directions backwards. I find when people get into Kessler Park, they have no idea where they are at relative to downtown. English Heritgage Homes has built several home in Kessler Woods.
