Well...it is that time. We still have an overwhelming punchlist of items that need to be completed but most of them will have to wait until we hit the lotto or we receive some mysterious donations. The house is in Arlington and we would like to extend an open invitation on Sat Feb 28 starting at 3pm. Would love for any and all who love nothing more than to sit back and enjoy the view..

House looked great, awesome lot!
Things I liked, the use of plywood for room dividers and how they hid the closets and restroom. On the exterior, did you use Trex? Is it a rain screen application? In addition, if you would not mind would you share a detail of how it is constructed?
Appreciate the open house, far too often the Dallas community does a poor job of sharing the work they do.
i guess i did not meet you there....tried to introduce myself to all those who could make it. the plywood upstairs is chinese birch supplied by the cabinet maker robin smith of millwork solutions in mansfield. could not afford finform so we just stained it red. down stairs the room dividers / closets are plainsliced maple. the siding is a rainscreen. random sized massaranduba with 2 coats sikkens as well as the decking on the roof terrace.
hope you enjoyed the food and had a chance to down a few margeritas. what was your favorite food?
did you have a chance to look at the artwork? slideshow? what did you think? any and all feedback would be much appreciated.
thanks
