Modern in Park Forest, Illinois???

I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about hte South Chicago Suburb of Park Forest, IL. As I looked for modern or mid century modern homes in the Chicago area on realtor.com. I came across a great deal in Park Forest. I was just wondering if anyone know anythign about the suburb and about the mid century modern homes in this area.

Long shot, but on www.glenbrookvalley.com there is a brochure downloaded from a 1956 Parade of Homes show. Pg 33 is a house that originally was built in Park Forest Illinois and was a Parent's Magazine endorsed floorplan. I wonder if you have seen anything resembling that house there....
