Central Florida Modern

I am actually building a modern home in Central Florida.  My GC did the design, and of course the building.  I am in Winter Park, FL.

Hi Michael,

We are building our mid-century modern redux in Indialantic. Are you putting in a see-through garage door? Is it impact resistant (hurricane proof)?

Is the roof wood or concrete may I ask?

We have quite a few mid-century moderns here on the beach, so our style should mesh well with the older neighbors.
