We are going to be moving from St Petersburg. Fl soon and will be listing our 1955 modern. It's a 2 bedroom/2bath designed by a local architect and has survived pretty much intact, no structural or floor plan modifications. Located in the Old Northeast neighborhood near downtown, very convenient. If anyone is interested please email.
