Is this a realistic price per sq ft to build a modern small house?

My wife and I are trying to build a small 1000 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath home. We need to build it on stilts because of the bad lot topography. We want to go minimalist in all fixtures and finishes. IKEA floors and kitchen cabinets, cinder block shower stalls, reusing sinks and appliances from local Habitat Restore.  Corrugated sheet metal for siding and a flat SIP roof.  Maybe 7 total windows of varying sizes. Deck off the back.

We wont be doing any of the work but I think I can be my own general contractor and source services and materials cheap enough. I'm only worried about the stilt foundation cost and SIP wall costs.

I know this is limited info. Is it even in the realm of possibility to do this for 60k total to turn key it. AKA...60 bucks a sq ft.

This website is really great. My first post ever.
