We are doing a major renovation in the Echo Park/Silverlake area. We hired an architectural team to transform a neglected 1926 California bungalow into a modern structure. Now we need to find a reasonably priced contractor and crew with the experience and finesse to build it. Someone that won't need to hide mistakes with crown molding...because there won't be any.

I've asked several modern architects in the area and have not had much luck there for referrals.  Thank you.
