New Contemporary House Design Built in Bangalore, for my friend in L.A.

A contemporary home is what my friend from U.S had in mind. But unfortunately his job did not permit him to spend much time in Bangalore, where he wanted to construct a home. My neighbor had a very good experience with Ashwin Architects and therefore, I happened to suggest them; since they also do [b]turnkey projects[/b]. They did everything right from the house plan, design, documentation, supervision, interior design, et al.
This home incorporates [b]green concepts[/b] like provisions for natural light & ventilation thus reducing dependency on mechanical means of controlling temperatures. Other techniques they can use are borewell recharging with roof water run-off, solar lights for the house & solar geysers.
