We are re-building a Modern Home

I haven't posted here in a looong time.  Well we finally bought a house with a little prodding and an inspirational story from Dwell Magazine.  We decided to take the Re-modeling route are in process of basically rebuilding.  I would like to thank everyone from these forums that take the time to answer questions and give advice!

I am only subbing out the Drywall, Roofing, and Tile work... The rest is being done by my father (the real brains in the operation) and myself. 

There are different design and style of modern homes some are focus in outdoor structures and some are in interior structure.
