seeking miami architect - must do reno's

That is about the ad I'm about to place in the local craigslist. Unless someone here knows a Miami architect with a modern bent that will take on smaller just over 6 figure projects? Seems I'm finding a lot of "architects for the super wealthy" or "commercial folks" but not anyone who seems to specialize in home reno's and additions. Any thoughts on where else I can look? I'd go outside Miami but given the strict code guildelines down here - I doubt that would be useful... or would it?

Any florida architect can meet the code issues, look in Sarasota, there are few great architects here.
