Building a modern home in Minnesota--possible completion June 1

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd pass along our modern home website. We started last October and are hoping for a move-in date of Memorial Day weekend. Most likely all items won't be complete by then, but that's when our apartment lease is up! So, our GC said there might be a few items they'll be finishing up, but at least we can move it. 

I've enjoyed so many modern house blogs during the last few years when we were trying to find a home and then eventually finding the lot of our dreams, so I wanted to make one as well.

Congrats on the new home and thanks for the informative blog.  I have a similar south facing lot that I am planning to build a modern passive solar home, on with a terrace walkout lower level.   Do you have a ball park construction cost/sq ft for your project?  I am trying to get some rough ideas in early planning stages.
