6000 sq ft. for $350K-- that'll easily accomodate two Breezehouses. The land is zoned R-3 (up to 3 units), has two water connects.

El Granada is just south of Half Moon Bay.

Being an east bay person, when I first saw this, I thought no way, but El Granada is only an hour away from Oakland.

Just was fortunate enough to purchase 1.28 acres of coastal land along the sonoma coastline....now I await contact from MKD....contractors, etc.......180k not bad eh ? there is so much land out there, it just takes a bit of time........AND.....a good agent. If anyone needs a good real estate agent in Northern Calif, do let me know.....:)

We just completed a modern SIP home in El Granada about 1.5 years ago. If you are looking for land to build a home around here - there's a lot to know. It's not something to take lightly - the process is long, hard, and very complicated. However, everything can be navigated.

How long have you been looking and how much background do you have on building out here?
