Coastal Land

6000 sq ft. for $350K-- that'll easily accomodate two Breezehouses. The land is zoned R-3 (up to 3 units), has two water connects.

El Granada is just south of Half Moon Bay.

Being an east bay person, when I first saw this, I thought no way, but El Granada is only an hour away from Oakland.

Thanks for the post, this is a very interesting lot

We just completed a modern SIP home in El Granada about 1.5 years ago. If you are looking for land to build a home around here - there's a lot to know. It's not something to take lightly - the process is long, hard, and very complicated. However, everything can be navigated.

How long have you been looking and how much background do you have on building out here?
