Anyone a general contractor or can recommend a general contractor for our budget conscious modern remodel?

We have a budget conscious modern remodel of a ~970sf house including a 700sf addition and remodel of the current house.

We have the plans and the permit ready, we just need to find the right bid.

The house is in a tract neighborhood with a few houses decently
remodeled/modernized and some ...pinkish remodels, and we are hoping
that this project can influence the remodeling trend in our
neighborhood too.

Please let us know if you are interested to bid or if you can
recommend a general contractor that might be interested in our project!
